Compulsory Gala Dinner:
-Xmas Eve on 24.12.2008 is THB 4,000 per adult & THB 2,000 per child
-New Year Eve on 31.12.2008 is THB 5,000 per adult & THB 2,500 per child

*Visitors are stricly not allowed in the resort. Any guest wiling to have a visitor will be automatically charged THB 1000/night

Family Plan :
- Child age is from 2 until 12 years old. Above 12 years old is considered as adult.
- Maximum number of persons per room : 2 adults + 1 child
- Maximum number of children sharing exiting parents bed is one child.

**Cancellation, Amendment & No Show Policy**
-Any cancellation notice must be recieved in writing by email or fax.
*Cancellation or amendment shall be made 24 days before the arrival date. The cancellation and administrative fee of 2 nights room charge will be levied for notifying within less than 16 days and more than 7 days.

The Woodlands Hotel & Resort is located in the Northern end of Pattaya's majestically curving bay. A small oasis of comfort set amid peaceful tropical garden. Our 135 rooms are set in 2 or 3 storey complex designed in pleasing modern style overlooking the tropical garden or swimming pools. Each room are tastefully decorated providing every modern comfort with a cozy and refreshing resort ambience. Our rooms are either twin or double beds, and all with a private balcony or patio.
