Rates are in Thai Baht inclusive of 10% Service Charge, 7% Government Tax, and inclusive of Breakfast.

Occupancy Notice:
-Confirmed rooms will be available for stay after 14:00 Hours on the arrival day. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Stay From 12:00 noon to 18:00 Hours on the departure day will be charged 50% of the room rate.
Check-out beyond 18:00 Hours will be charged at the full rate of one night room charge.

Cancellation Notice:14.02.2008 - 29.02.2008
* If inform a minimum of 33 days before arrival date by e-mail or fax (1 Night Room charge will be levied)
* If inform a minimum of 24 days before arrival date by e-mail or fax - 50% of total amount will be charged
* If inform less than 16 days before arrival date or no show by e-mail or fax - 100% of total amount will be charged
Mar 01 - Oct 31, 08 :
* If inform a minimum of 14 days before arrival date by e-mail or fax (1 Night Room charge will be levied)
* if inform a minimum of 7 days before arrival date by e-mail or fax - 2 Nights will be charged
* if inform less than 7 days before arrival date or no show - 100% of total amount will be charged
